Proposal and Design Report

The Proposal (May 1994) and the Technical Design Report (January 1995) of the HERA-B experiment are both available as Postscript files in compressed format. With a few exceptions, these files include all the diagrams. In order to obtain a paper copy, you can send an email to hbsec@mail.desy.de.
