 General Remarks

* FLT incl. pretriggers: useful dedicated shorter studies are possible in each stage
    and will be handled with some priorities

* default trigger for 2002: 1 track from FLT + 2 tracks inside SLT (muon and electron pTr tracks)

* after this: include ITR and muon pixel into FLT, study FLT pair trigger, commission high multiplicity Veto
