Since 27.08.97 the system link is switched:

         ARTE-01-04 -> ARTE-01-04-r3

both in Hamburg and Zeuthen.

The features of ARTE-01-04-r3:

	Please, take into account that for ARTE-01-04 version you 
still need: 	
system link hbpro -> $HB/$HBVERS in your working directory,
	             ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
to add the $HB/$HBVERS/bin directory into your PATH environment
variable, f.e: export PATH=$PATH:$HB/$HBVERS/bin.
