the new KUIP command /DQ/HBOOK was introduced (since ARTE-03-07-r8).
Therefore the old command /IOcontrol/HBOOK can't be abbreviated to the simple HBOOK.
Now it's required to put the prefix io..... explicitly like:
io/hbook [filename] -O
