                        - Implementation of algorithm of 'zero bits' suppression was revised.  Bugs were fixed.
                        - Bug fixed in HollerithEncode
                        - Add one more compression method: removing of duplicated int's and now IntEncode is
                            trying to choose the best compression method
                        - The design of the class hierarchy was revised.   We had difficulties in adding new features
                            under old version.
                        - Bug fixed in 'ringbase' class.
                        - Add 'ramstream' class.
