Beginning with ARTE version ARTE-03-04-r2 the Artebank NESL was extended by the attribute radl which stores the mean radiation thickness of a superlayer. To avoid incompatibilities between older Arte-versions and newer geometry versions or vice versa, geometry version 2.0103 was adapted for newer Arte versions as GEOM/VERS 2.1024.

2.1204 was the configuration in end 2002 with the implementation of some alignment information especially for target, VDS and MUON.

The bug found in version 2.1203 was corrected. Another change with respect to the old geometry were some shifts of MAGNET, RICH and ECAL based on the statement that everybody (alignment,FLT and SLT) uses for the magnet center x/y/z = (0.,0.,450 cm). In a hera-B meeting (23.01.03) it was decided to remove this shifts.

3.0105 is the configuration in begin of 2003.

On Jan. 03. 2003 M.Funke informed the collaboration that during the Christmas shutdown two broken target wires have been replaced. Whereas for inner-1 an identical wire as before was inserted, for outer-2 the previous Carbon wire was replaced by a Tungsten ribbon - 500 micrometer in proton direction and 50 micrometer transversal. Geometry 3.0105 is the same as 2.1205 except for this replacement, in particular no changes were made in the position of the targets. The new target ascii file is tar030103.dat.

A new preshower scintillator hodoscope has been added in front of the Muon absorber. The new sensitive device requires a more detailed description of the material distribution between ECAL and MUON, especially in the vicinity of the beam pipe.
